Jhin and Tahm?

First post, sorry if its bad, also sorry if in the wrong board, guessing it goes here because it is kinda story related... So, what do we know about this Jhin guy? Obviously he has killed some people, but... He is called "Virtuoso" ("a person highly skilled in music or another artistic pursuit." And or, "a person with a special knowledge of or interest in works of art or curios." One of the definitions of "curios" "an unusual or bizarre person") of which, we haven't really seen anything to do with music, or other arts (unless you counts killing). With Tahm Kench, we know there was a gambler, well, if you think about it... Trying to kill someone is in a way, gambling. So, perhaps Jhin was in this sense, a gambler (gambling away his life), and was interested in this demon known as "Tahm Kench", so with this in mind, perhaps Jhin could be the gambler in Tahm Kench's trailer.

Tahm isn't so much about gambling as desire. The person in his lore was a gambler but that was just his desire.

Tahm could definitely have some connection to Jhin but odds are he's not the gambler.

Maybe Tahm isn't a gambler, but still, killing someone with the chance of dieing is still a gamble, Jhin taking down other champion is in fact a huge gamble. We dont know much about Jhin, maybe his desire is to kill people? Maybe killing to him, is his own type of music.

I can see your point, I'm not saying it cant relate to gambling. Just that the gambler was put there to show Tahm's effect on desire. Personally I think if they were going to connect Jhin to it they would just right away call him a killer and being straight forward about it, rather than beat around the bush and make references to his killing being a gamble so he's a gambler. But thats my thoughts. Its not a bad idea, I just think it doesn't fit well. Personally I still wish it had been Twisted Fate. Sadly Riot said it wasn't :/

I do see your point, and yes, it does make alot of sense. Although, this is Rito... Chances are, I am wrong, but, it would be nice to know who this gambler is... If only Rito-Senpai would fill us with knowledge...

I doubt they will, I think if they were going to do a tie in they'd have used Twisted Fate. The Gambler will likely just end up being a fan thing like Helmetbro.

I don't feel Jhin is someone who would associate with Tahm Tahm likewise wouldn't associate himself with the completely crazy and dangerous as he wouldn't get anything out of it.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but doesn't Jhin say something along the lines of "your deed is my command"? If so, couldn't this mean that Jhin is a assassin, with this in mind, maybe someone put a hit on Tahm Kench, in which Jhin agreed, only to see the dangers near the end of his life after first encountering Tahm, gave up the work of an assassin, to get married. We dont have Jhin's lore yet (not that I know of), so, who knows, maybe I hit it right on the mark, or maybe I am a mile and a half off.

The problem with Tahm is that he's very good at not getting caught. Even if someone put a hit on him, he can change his appearance, and Tahm isn't even his name. He also has free reign over time and reality it seems, so he can just leave to a different place if he wants to.

Anyway, Jhin's lore as of 5 minutes ago is that he's an Ionian serial killer freed by a cabal made up of corrupted political members in Ionia to carry out assassinations.

Tahm kench is more about humanitys desire,their gluttony and their vices.

The gamblers desire was to get rid of his debts and tahm helped him to fullfill said desire. However in exchange tahm took what the gambler held most dear,because tahm hungers for despair.

Also its been implied that the gamblers name was actually tahm kench.

Ok, but, what I am saying, is that, the Gambler (Tahm Kench) was possessed by a demon, what we see now as Tahm Kench, is actually the demon possessing a body. Tahm Kench's hunger for despair is commonly seen with demons.
