Ekko is from from Zaun, but where's Zaun?

From Ekko's VO it sounds like Zaun is really close to Piltover, close enough to have regular interaction to Cait anyways. Is it possible Zaun is retcon'd into being the slums/lower district of Piltover?

Well they're already very close in the normal lore. Aren't they like right across each other from that lake?

The way that Ekko talks about Piltover means that the two nations likely border one another or atleast are close enough that their's mingling trade. Ekko does say "progress doesn't belong to one city."
