Why did they stop lore faction/race update after the vastayan update

With the start of the new lore revamp, specially that came with camille's debut. I think riot did a fantastic job reintroducing the new lores with a new champ/VGU like camille and warwicks. But why did that stop?? I don't mean to be rude, but, i think that's what made the 1st half of season 7 in league fun and entertaining specially to us, lore lovers. It sucks if there would be no more lore updates but nevertheless to say, i heard rumors that swain and irelia will come in bundles with the faction updates of noxus and ionia( what i mean all ionia, specially its government and map). Honestly speaking, it's a let down that you didn't include any new lores with the new champs/vgu's since kayn but i think you have better plans with the lore that's why you didn't release anything since kayn. lastly, comic stuff doesn't count in this thread of considering new lores because my argument consist of having a faction/race update with a corresponding champ/s.

BTW, list of lore updates that i assumed to be released with a corresponding champ since kayn:

- The darkin update, alongside aatrox and varus.

- The leftouts in the zaun update, being twitch and singed.

- The demi-gods update, possibly volibear(just a tease like pantheon's new lore), anivia, rammus and alistar

- The demons update, possibly a tease lore like pantheon for nocturne, shaco, tham kench and fiddle sticks.

with the release of Zoe, I hope she could bring the aspects lore in Mt. targon. I also speculate that she is indeed an aspect and not a host human like pantheon and the gang.

It also sucks that these champs could have a lore update along with these new champs/vgu's but yeah they didn't receive anything. BTW, i don't meant to speed up the lore riot produces but its kinda wasteful for me that they didn't some didn't receive anything new.
