Can Cosmic get as much love as Dark Star?

Cosmic is in the same universe as Dark Star but it still doesn't have a legendary skin or even a top laner so you can have a full skin team. Lore-wise Cosmic is also lacking compared to Dark Star, the skin bios are very simple and a lot of the universe's lore we wouldn't even know without red posts on the boards. I hope Riot does something or notices as Event Horizon is one of my favorite skin lines.

An Event Horizon event (heh) story like Cosmic Yi vs Dark Star Jarvan/Kha'Zix would be cool. A face off between longtime rivals straight from the jungles of the Summoner's Rift.

For some reason, it seems that the cosmic skins have different sizes: ashe, lulu and xin zhao are gigantic beings but master yi, kassadin, xayah and rakan are tiny compared to them, some reason for this decision?
