This is a good way to start with his default skins' face, but I feel the first picture I posted captures more of what his body should look like. Instead of having those bush haystacks at his shoulders, they should just be creepy, long sticks like the pumpkin picture has.
It'd be more intricate since it'd just be "a few" sticks they'd have to design, like 3 or 4 on each side.
That's it? He could look much more scary than that.
Addendum: Instilling fear isn't always about look. It's about your ability and how you use it. Personality also helps. Sometimes a simple look that is unassuming can be beneficial as people let their guard down, which can amplify the fear later on as they know what is inside. When something looks scary to start with, you are already mentally preparing yourself to expect something.
I like it. Visual update plz, Riot. And maybe make his walk more of a creepy shuffle instead of his derpy back-n-forth waddle.
