Dragon Sorceress Zyra Splash Art

So I'm super excited about this skin, seen all the previews and everything, and I'm already obsessed with it. It looks fantastic, the splash art is amazing, and now while I'm not asking the design team to change anything, it's perfect the way it is, but I wouldn't mind if they did change one little thing about it. Why does she have scales on her cooch? Honest question. I mean, were you guys trying to go for the whole, beautiful mythological lady who has the top half of a woman but the bottom half of a monster, or what?

Also, why are her hands pitch black? Again, not hating, just asking.
