From a lore standpoint, why does fiora treat peasants and other low class non-nobles like trash? They are also demacian so why the bad treatment? Better yet what did these peasants do to fiora for her to treat them like garbage and beneath her boot? Why is she a bitchh?

what MoiMori said is true but i also think after what happened to her father and her marriage story , their family was shamed and treated with disrespect because they dishonored one of the greatest families of demacia so she kinda blame everyone for that as well.

The noble who looks down on those who are lesser than them is a pretty popular trope. And as a fencer elite it's a reasonable personality trait to give a character.

And such a personality almost certainly existed. Though truth be told, more writing by nobles on the peasantry depicts them more as foolish children to be sheparded and if necessary manipulated, rather than scum to be completely looked down upon.

Reading up on her Lore, she's from a wealthy noble family, and was spoiled her whole life. She's also a tom boy that always did what she wanted regardless of the consequences, and that ultimately lead to her father's death. She honestly doesn't have love or respect for anyone hence her treatment of them.

. . . Some people are just like that, elitists to a miserable core, even when they don't have a reason to be.

Things just work this way. Noble people do not care for poor peasants.

ANd why should she care for them? There is no reason. She's not good character, she is just average top noble head of the house in Demacia. There is no reason for her to care about poors
