First and foremost, Is there a famous Demacian socialite that was mentioned in recent updates to the new lore? I recall reading about somebody who had acquired power and wealth really fast and some said he was wealthy enough to rival the royalty monarchs themselves. Like a Jayce version of Demacia. I remember reading somewhere about this person. Can someone confirm this for me or am I just imagining things?
