Since Riot now has a screensaver program...
Could they write a program to let us use animated login screens as wallpapers? That was one of my favorite features of the older windows OS's, and would be great to have again.

You can already do that with existing applications. The tl;dr of this post: You can manually select and convert the video files into wmvs that will work with the applications.
