Anyway, this isn't the time to be butthurt about your champions not getting skins, it is a time of rejoicing over the good new skins that have just been teased! The butthurt part comes after.

No it's a perfect time for butt hurt. A champion getting three skins in under a year while some haven't gotten one in years is not cool. Some champions only have 2 or 3 skins. It's bad enough champions who have 6+ skins keep getting them.

Gravelord Azir released December 1, 2015. It is currently December 6, 2016, and the Lunar Revel isn't until late February. It will have been well over a year since his last skin.
The World's Team skins do not affect the yearly skin release cycles because they are commemorative for specific players of the game who chose a champion to get their skin. Therefore, World's Team skins should never be included when determining the frequency that the Riot skins team releases skins for any given champ.

, but my point, even though I was half joking, still stands. Now should be a time of "hey that skin looks pretty cool." The time for "the skin team should be focused on other champions" comes maybe 12 hours after the skins in question are released on the PBE.
