Quotes triggering on getting assists

I love how riot have made their new champions and vgu's get voiceovers that actually interacts with whats happening in the game. But I have one concern with Rakan's voiceover. I Think it is hillairious and I love his discutions with Xayah! Especially the one when he says "I AM RAKAN!" with a fun accent. I'm a Little bit of topic here but let's get into my point.

Rakan have soooooooo, and when I say soooooooo I mean soooooooo many quotes for killing enemy champions. I Think that is very unforunate because we will not hear them that much ingame. Healing supports like Rakan usually don't get that many kills. Wouldn't it be smarter to give him all these lines for getting an assist on killing champions? Exept for when he kills Xayah, I really like that :D

So what do you think? Should supporty supports get that many lines for killing champs or should they get them from assists? It is probebly to late to fix it for Rakan but maybe for the next support.
