Keeping his status as an anti-mage sort of archetype, but I'm more intrigued about this marble looking anti-magic stone that Demacia's got. Wonder if it's tied in with Demacian Steel.

"Anti-magic stone" made me think of Kassadin. His passive, "Void Stone", gives him 15% magic damage reduction.
I'll be waiting to see if, after Galio's rework, his Universe page has Kassadin as a related champion. He probably won't, and the two anti-magic stones are probably completely different.

It is very interesting that he is some sort of golem made out of the "anti-magic stone". I hope riot will have a good backstory to Galio and let us know how a golem is made. The only thing riot have to do is give it a real name if they have not already done that. I mean "anti-magic stone" c'mon! I really like their approach on Galio. They make me want to main him just like they did with 
, 
, 
, and about every rework they ever do.
Demacian Steel might be a sort of alloy with the pearl-like stone.
If Galio is made out of anti-magic stone, how does he have magical abilities?!
So, did they cast a spell on the anti-magic stone to make Galio come alive? If so, I hope they get a refund on that whole "anti-magic" deal. It appears defective.
Also ties with Demacian steel supposedly being magic-resistant or something as well.
makes me wonder how he'll actually be an anti-mage. There doesn't seem to be anything in the preview that would point to it; and having the AOE taunt makes him seem anti-AA as well
I'm curious to how he's "built" from antimagic stone, yet he must run on magic, right? ......Like? How does that work?
I feel like quite a bit of fantasy really falls flat when they make up anti-magical materials for settings.
Mostly because there's already an anti-magic material deeply rooted in folklore.

What's the bet there's some sort of MR item in the tank update that has something to do with this? As it stands MR items are pretty bad so I could see this making its way in.
