What do you want to see in a Vladimir lore update?
I would love for them to expand on his role in the history of Noxus
I would also like to see a short story that showcases the charastimatic personality he uses to lure people in

His first kill(s), studying under Dmitri and relationships with Swain, LeBlanc, Elise and Vayne.
If they could expand on the concept of hemomancy in his backstory, that'd be interesting.
I'd like to know how long he's been working "behind the scenes" together with Leblanc, and how old he is. I mean, did he work with LB to overthrow Morde, did he join the black lotus during the foundation of Noxus, is he a relative new addition?
Has he made any relevant appearance in times of war, or is he 90% a scheming dude, despite his powers?
Also, slightly in constrast with League's way of making every champion 100% original with quirks that take them off some clichés archetypes (i mean like warwick, who's more of a chem-enhanced chimera rather than a reguarl werewolf, and Galio who is pretty handsome and good spirited for a gargoyle), I'd like Vladimir to be a middle way of old-style vampire and LoL exclusive haemomancer. Like, take the kind of aristocratic vampire from bram stoker, and give him more flashy, blood related, magics.
And less blood puns. No wait, you can keep the puns, but don't make it his whole VO.
Blood, Sex, Rock'nRoll and Violence.
Blood for the Blood God
I hope they sneak at least 1 pun in his story.
I want to see more emphasis on Vladimir's personality before he learnt hemomancy. What drew him to hemomancy? Did the teacher really find him? What parts of his personality made him a natural fit for hemomancy? I would also like to see where his ambitions take him after becoming a hemomancer. Essentially, he is blank canvas and I would like to see him get some striking personality traits.
I believe I wrote a great short snippit about athene's unholy grail awhile back. It was about a conniving dark magic user who drew many other powers to join him and in a banquet where the strongest and the leaders of the other groups in the alliance thought they were toasting to a newly formed alliance, they didn't realize until too late that they'd actually signed their deaths and their magical powers to this dark magician. You see he cursed the grail they drank from... so that after all had drunk except him, he used the curse to rip the blood and life from their veins... drawing all their magical powers along with it to himself. And thus the grail became known as Athene's unholy grail. I never said who that dark lord was... but I was kinda implying it was vladimir with the whole blood magic part of the story. I think turning something along those lines into an actual story instead of a single descriptive paragraph for an item would make for some great vlad lore. Hell... it could even be the way he went from being A dark magician to THE most powerful blood mage and simultaneously conquerored severl new lands for Noxus.
I would want to learn more about his obviously immense power without fully knowing its extent. Clearly hes powerful enough to reanimate the dead as seen in Sions teaser but how far does his power contribute to Noxus' overall dominance.
I'm interested in his role within the Black Rose and the origin of hemomancy.
I want to know more about his personality. Swain and LeBlanc are maturity and very cunning. Also, I think that they have the interests of the country at heart. but in deleted "league of Judgement", It seems that his mental age is young as his appearance. (like Zoe) His looks is an elegant aristocrat, but I have an impression that like a child (otherwise femme fatale) playing innocently with mighty power(For example magic, pedigree, beautiful face...) that could even destroy himself not to mention other people. I like this comparison.
I know it wont happen but I want blood lord vlad to be his classic look in the universe. I kinda like more the matured version of his.
So this is something I've thought a lot about... I actually wrote an updated bio for him a while back and posted it on the Concepts & Creations board, though it didn't get too much attention. In case anyone wants to take a look, here it is.
The TL;DR is that I envision Vlad to have been born just after Mordekaiser was overthrown For Realsies. Having grown up hearing stories about him, but not having been subject to his rule himself, he came to admire Morde instead of revile him. This is what drives him to want to learn about dark magic. I feel like his admiration of Mordekaiser would lend itself to some interesting interactions with other characters, particularly LB, Swain, and Numero Uno himself. Who would Vlad side with, if and when Mordekaiser comes back to reclaim his throne?
The other most major relationship I thought about is probably also one that would be a bit controversial. We know from the Varus comic that the Darkin were the original practitioners of blood magic. Keeping with that, who is a Darkin that a Noxian like Vladimir might stumble across? Naturally, Rhaast would only want him for his body, but I could see Vlad being careful and crafty enough to learn from Rhaast (under the guise of "preparation") and ultimately outwit the scythe. This, naturally, would lend itself to some interesting things being in play in the "present," particularly with Kayn's three different forms. I imagine Vlad would react quite differently to all three, and at least in-story if not in VO, there'd likely be a great deal of animosity on Rhaast's part.
