Possible Ao Shin skin for Sol?

I know it's been more than a year since the release of Sol and many years since the tease of Ao Shin but I've noticed that he still hasn't had a skin released for him yet. While this most likely is due to how complex his model and effects are, this has lead me to thinking about the possibilities for a legendary skin for Sol being based on our beloved storm dragon. It wouldn't be too hard to think up what the animations would be like, I already am guessing a thunder cloud for his q, the stars around him becoming lightning balls, and his ult having a thunder sound effect when activated. Still, maybe its not an idea Riot would like to do but it would be a nice little homage to the original concept much like how High Noon Jhin is one to Jhin's original concept.
