Minimap Portraits

I just have to ask:

Why isn't there an option for "Skins change Minimap Portraits of Champions" while in-game? I ask here because it seems an art thing.

Naturally changing the minimap portrait would mean changing the tabscreen and the ally sidebar, and the same for all those icons when just watching the game, and in the death recap--

I really don't see why this button would be bad, and it would greatly increase the value that a skin confers onto your gameplay if you have it enabled for yourself-- especially if, for example, you dislike the base splash's icon-- you can use your skin splash's icon instead.

Of course, it would be an option because some people would prefer the reduced amount of 'memorization' needed, but the loading screen would actually have a larger point if this change was done--being able to better know which icon is what champion.

Personally I always found it incredibly disorienting when I saw an enemy with a skin load but their minimap icon wasn't from the skin's splash...
