Having just looked at these early concepts for new Urgot, the mafia theme in an attempt to make him a chem baron works incredibly well. I hope eventually Riot returns to these ideas to give Urgot a skin that reflects what he may have turned out to be if they went forward with the chem baron backstory.

I think its very likely that he will get a Gangster skin in the future. Yes. He really needs a Don Urgot Skin.
With a pinstripe suit.
And a giant tommygun/howitzer for an arm.
Would be a nice addition to the mafia skin line. Or just create a new skin line and call it "Chembaron". ^^
Could include Urgot, Singed, Viktor, Jayce, etc.
