On splash she looks nimble, lean with fitting and flowing clothes but the model looks completely different. Her model looks like she is wearing some thick coat that goes over her arse but you don't have that on the splash or the clunky sleeves. There is just too much discrepancy between splash and model for this skin.

Honestly, the only difference I see between the summoner icon and the splash are the colors of his hair, the faces look pretty similar just at a different angle.
