Inquisitions about the potential direction of any Rengar/Khazix lore

Hey everyone, i think right from the getgo its clear that i'm biased on this topic. That being said, i absolutely love the updates to lore and champion stories. As a person who'd rather binge read a good book than go out to see a movie any day of the week i'm a huge sucker for compelling and in depth story telling, and what better way to do that than adding depth to characters we play on the rift every day? Currently, in terms of lore i think compared to most champions the Rengar/Khazix feud is pretty decent. I've been a little worried about how the original lore retcon would effect this story but as far as i know, there aren't any direct ties to the institute of war or summoners so that shouldn't be a problem. The thematics that surround Rengar's origin, his life and this ferocious feud with Khazix a creature from a realm that should have never been allowed on Runnetera sets the ground for what i believe is a much bigger picture. As we've seen with Aurelion sol's lore, the void is fighting hard, very hard to break into the world. How will our champions as a whole fit into this? Will i hunt tonight? Or is the hunt going to end on an abrupt and tragic note. All these questions i hope to get an answer for because goddamn the lore team is doing an absolutely phenomenal job and i can't wait to see what we have in store for the future.

Cheers!

As i imagine it, i see Kha'zix being Rengar's "white whale". Rengar is very proud of himself, so a creature that actually disfigured him would probably weigh on his mind quite a bit. Kha'zix, however, would probably just keep consuming, adapting, and becoming stronger.

I too would like to see how this plays out. Even if one of them dies in the lore, i wouldn't mind if it's well written (it's not like i wouldn't be able to play as them later)
