Is Volibears lore changing?

I've just been waiting to see if volibear's or anivia's lore is going to be updated because when ornn's lore was put out it felt like that was coming down the pipe since it implies that volibear and anivia are ornn's demigod siblings. Was something supposed to be done because those champs' lore have been contradicting each other for a good while and riot has usually picked up the ball about now at least.
