Building Butcher's Bridge: The Bilgewater Event
WHELP here it is folks! The Howling Abyss will make way for the Butcher's Bridge temporarily!
WHELP here it is folks! The Howling Abyss will make way for the Butcher's Bridge temporarily!
I curious why its temporary? Why waste all those resources making a beautiful map just to make it non-accesible year-round.
At the very least they should make Howling Abyss the winter ARAM map (Nov - April) and make Butcher's Bridge the summer variation (May - Oct)
Lorewise its awesome and im waiting for more... but the gameplay... is the same ARAM mode...
I'm more interested in seeing what's happening on the lore side of things.Jaredan did hint some serious content on the way & that the dread "tech issues" have been taken care of.We maybe able to see the true format they intended for the lore rather than just summaries. We certainly will find out in due time.
Yupee! With the event comes the
rework, im sure.
I'd prefer you get to choose - Freljord ARAM and Pirate ARAM. Let people choose which one.
Or random rotation. Long as we get it.
If given the power, I would have three models of this map and Howling Abyss; both side turrets, one / other side turrets.
Both side turrets would be ARAM skins, choose and vote / random.
One / other side, however, would be some form of survival, where pirate (minions and champion AIs
) would attack the other side. Rules would be the same as ARAM, only buy items when you are dead, but enemy minions get a buff when players die and you have limited lives and weak nexus.
They could also make the attacking side have destroyed turrets, so they could use the same versions [Defending side would be the one / other side that has the turrets]
The artwork is beautiful, but moving everything around in the interface is disconcerting.
It seems like the first turret on the top has less range than the first turret on the bottom.
It's hard for me to tell which summoner I am when my summoner is dead and I hit tab because there is no name and the timer is over the summoner icon.
The turrets look cool.
