If you look at the cinematic with Kat in them, she looks a lot closer to the new splash than her current splash.
I think it's cool Riot is willing to give their champions more personality in their looks. We already have a bunch of cute/sexy champions. Vicious Kat is way better than baby face Kat.
Also it has always been said that her sister Cassiopeia is the more beautiful/attractive one of the sisters. Now it actually might be true :P Well Kat is still kinda hot though... in a different way.

Mângo Pod6 votesKind of a jumbled insult.. but I agree, the sexualization of characters has to stop, although it's unlikely, because even though Riot is more understanding than most companies, they are still a company, and they want to make money, so they'll keep sexualizing characters and putting cleavage out there to satisfy the cast majority of the community.

Our community leader uses Reddit and doesn't post on our forums. When I think of REDDIT and 4CHAN I think of CP/VIRUSES/TROLLS/PRONS. Why? Because most of that kind of material comes from those 2 sources. Its no wonder our champions are becoming more and more sex oriented.

cute is not a word to associate with katarina, ever. while i still think the updated splash art could use some tweaking here and there, i do feel it shows a lot more of her actual personality than the previous one. she rejected the aristocratic life and she doesn't "dance" in the pretty way i think you imagine - it's literally a dance with death if you are close enough to her.
