Have Announcer voices able to buy with Riot Points and equip in league client!

You know I have been thinking about this for a long time. I would really love to have different announcer voices for my in game pleasures, and I am sure everyone hates having to use third-party programs or switch and replace audio files just to have that cool announcer you like. I just wish I could go into the league store, and spend riot points maybe 600-800 depending on an announcer for for my in game and be able to either enable it by going to my collections or settings whatever works. I think it would be neat and i have seen people with custom announcers before but that's just it people are risking bans and losing their account just for this. and I would rather go to the league store get an announcer voice I can use then risk anything of the sort. This is just an idea but im sure you guys can agree it would be cool and fun to have.
