What it looks like to me. That or some kind of Ultimate Kayle. Or.............................could it be................a new champ, someone else from Kayle/Morgana's dimension? On PBE it's actually listed as Warring Kingdoms Nidalee but it clearly isnt.

In the background, that's 100% sure Nautilus.
The ultimate Skin is only for 1 champ, not two (unless the ultimate is for Quinn and Valor), so i think this two skins gonna close the Justificar Skins (Vel'koz, Syndra and Varus have one)

Only thing is if that is Nautilus anchor, it doesnt actually look "finished" yet. Maybe it was uploaded to PBE by mistake?
Onegarion1 votesThey said that its unfinished and a work in progress (WIP). I actually think its going to be a new group of 5 skins including sivir and naut. Thats my look at it. There is more than enough room to add a few more champs in there.
