actually i like these two skins. idk why they just scrap it and it was already making out in a live patch but got butchered... saying these skins didn't fit Riot's quality standard is like saying those 520 skins are like that too. considering it has vfx too.its a great lose to riot and i hope they could just improve this 2 skins in the future and they could release it with improvements
They don't owe you anything. It makes more financial sense to make skins for popular champions than for less popular champions.
I think we will get a 1800 or maybe even a 3200 skin for amumu. He is so an iconic champ in Runterra (got an own song, THE sad-face of LoL and so on) He has 2x 1350rp skins but in my opinion they are just 975 skins. The potentional for giving him an awesome skin is huge. Imagine the idea of an ultimate skin that desciribes the sadness of Amumu in game with spells and emotes ( changing emotes and VFx for : losing an ally , meet a lore important person , loosing turrets. Example: when amumu lost in a close area an ally he willhug sometimes the air as a symbol of the lost friend.
So before I go to deep in the idea of a skin. I think next amumu skin will be a big one or they are goind to give him a VGU soon that he will get no skisn until then and afterthat all of amumus skins will be cool then.
By that logic, Riot owes Swain two new skins.
By that logic, Yorick should be getting at least five more skins to match Leona, the champion released after him.
They said when they removed these skins that they would have something better in the future. You have to wait. It's not like they will just toss something together or else they'd have another mess like this.
Also, Ahri hasn't gotten a skin this month yet. Get on that.
