Can Arctic Ops Kennen throw his kunai in a straight line?
It seems wonky and impractical that his kunai is spinning when he throws it. It doesn't look nice compared to throwing the kunai directly at the enemy champion's heart in a straight line.

Lore wise Kennen always had trouble throwing kunai, much to Master Kakashi's disappointment. But Kennen gets around his inability to throws knives straight on by charging them with electricity. Even though he hits his opponents with the grip half the time they still get a nasty shock.
This is official lore. Riot can't change it in game without massive backlash from the community.
