Hey, It's about time you change Heal's Garbo Splash

So it's Obvious that Heal's splash is ugly, and not up to par with the other splashes, so how bout you change it! It's pretty bland and doesn't much represent heal as a spell anyway. What if you added like crosses or something cool like that and some nice god rays. That would be sick. Hey and while your at it, might as well modify exhaust, cause it would be the only one you haven't updated in at least 5 seasons. Just an update would do, it represents fine.
