Looks like we're getting a new animated short this patch.

Now this in of itself is interesting because we're getting a lot of lore in this patch, but also look at the description of how to earn these icons.
Earned by completing a mission during the release of the Ryze Short.
So firstly this tells us we're getting a new short similarly to the Annie one a few months back. Which is huge. And secondly looking at the description of the Map icon, it says
Earned by collecting all region icons during the release of the Runeterra map.
Which means that everyone will be able to get every icon, but that also we may be getting a website or fully drawn image of the Runeterra map in it's entirety. Of course we seem to be missing some icons, namely Bandle City, but this looks to be huge this patch.
Also keep in mind that when the SSG skins came out we also got a World Rune Ward skin, seen here.
