New Zaun Page, but no Singed or Twitch story?

First off, just gotta say I absolutely loved the new Piltover lore, and Zaun's lore is looking just as promising. However, it seems that and are not on the list to receive a new Bio and Story. I know that Singed is somewhere on the list for a VGU, but Twitch has already been reworked. I hope Riot has some kind of plan for the two, as Singed is a pretty big figure in Zaun but I don't see why Twitch is no where on the list too.

NOTE: For the longest time I thought Singed and Twitch were somewhat connected, as in Twitch was another small experiment Signed had long ago. However, they seem to show no relation whatsoever, so It's probably just me.
