If Skaarl the Drakalops is a wind spirit, perhaps Willump the Yeti is an ice spirit?

The Drakalops are supernaturally fast and immortal, much like the wind. Yetis evidently have ice-powers. Perhaps the Yeti's great strength represent the raw force of glaciers? Perhaps Willump eating stuff has some similar symbolism?

Well anyway, I think it'd be a neat detail if intentional and true. :)
