Synergy between dual champs is exciting and opens up a lot of doors for potential champions/reworks, assuming it won't be unique to Rakan and Xayah only of course.
Whilei dont think its bad nessacarily im afraid of what they mean be recall is syncing. Could supp start a recall knowing your about to be ganked adc get a quick kill and recall for .1 second and back cause supp already qued it. Or does the sync start at the later recall.

Tons of cosmetic interactions are ok, but but giving more power to two specific champions... meh.

the bonuses they get together arent that big of a deal, a small range steroid for rakan most of the time in his attacks and his shield, and the recall hardly add any damage to rakan since he dont really build ad or on hit items
