I want Pizza Delivery Illaoi, where her tentacles are those floppy windsock guys.
Personally my vote is for Can't Touch This Illoai. She wears parachute pants and does hammertime while her tentacles beat you to death. This skin kills Jayce permanently upon entering the rift for trying to use her hammertime dance. Jayce's summoner will now enter spectator mode against his will, and can no longer communicate with his teammates. After the game all of his IP is given to Can't Touch This Illoai. Her summoner immediately levels up to 30, and becomes Master III rank. Her summoner can never be killed again regardless of who is being played. Also, they get a pony.
