Possible nod to an eventual Cait VU in the future?

I feel this could be somewhat an idea of a Cait VU as she doesn't currently wear a jacket and many concepts for her VU do share the theme of giving her a long coat/jacket. Or this could all just be for the lore story and nothing else Thoughts?
