What champions have the most outdated VFX?
Galio just got his VFX updated; what other champions have a really outdated VFX? Who else could use the same treatment?

We know they can do quality purple effects, as seen with 
, so why not give malzahar the same treatment?
His lightning looks more like colorful lines than actual electricity.
The Q sfx look like a rainbow laser instead of something intimidating, and you can barely see his e.
The effects don't look like fire.
make her ice look as good as

Her q looks outdated and her e is hardly visible.

I would love if they updated his VFX, now that his model and textures are up to date (especially W and Ult- Seriously, his ult makes it look like he is constantly throwing up).
I don't know why, but I really think that her spells could look a lot better. :P
I'm talking mostly about the ult, but yeah, that's a similar case to Singed's.
I'd say that he can use a complete VU (not necessarily Sion-sized, though), but if they don't have one planned for him now, it could be great, cause his particles look pretty meh currently.
I really hope that her "Minor VU" will come with a VFX update. I mean, what size are these bullets even?
I feel like his particles could look so much cooler and better.

If his Crowstorm could look more like a dark storm of more realistic crows and not like some swirly colorful stuff with bird dolls it would be really awesome.
