Actually in the last few years Neeko and her theme are the ONLY good things to happen in league in the last few years. Runes Reforged is an ABOMINATION that needs to be Reverted back to Season 7 Runes and MAsteries and runes made free.
Neeko's Login is definitely a beautiful piece. Riot's Musicians have made some of the best music I've heard in a long time.
Whether you enjoy the Banjo Strings in Kled's Theme or the combination of a Violin & Choir in Jhin's theme, you got to admit they do a pretty damn good job.

If I remember right it's supposed to be an ancient Vastayan language, which means it should literally just be pure vocalization, not any actual words, so finding lyrics would be hard, since they aren't an actual language, kind of like Ornn's theme being Layla singing in ancient Freljordian. Of course Ornn's ancient Frelojordian is a mixture of Scandinavian, Norwegian, Norse and Greek as well as some original words. So if you actually managed to transcribe the song's lyrics I wouldn't be surprised if they could be very roughly translated. :)
