She honestly looks pretty outdated, and the only skin that comes close to the quality that I would expect in comparison with what recent champions look like is Ravenborn LeBlanc. Are there any future plans to give her some sort of VU?
A year ago or so, IronStylus said that Riot Zeronis (TK) did a LeBlanc VU concept that played around the motiff of masks and deceiving, but it has been put in the backburner for now, and he (IronStylus) also said that if he were to do an update for LeBlanc, he'd go for a full blown Gangplank- or Sion- level update.
If so they should keep her revealing clothing, part of her deception after all. And a sexy walk.

and I imagine that if she gets a VU,it'll come with a gameplay rework,because honestly,leblanc isn't really doing much deceiving with her abilities(aside from her passive and her W to some extent)
I want LeBlanc VU also and a new VO because I hate when the champions says the word "summoner". Also I don't want her skills to change.
I wouldn't doubt that shes on riots convenient "list" but shes probably really far down there
I agree. Ravenborn LeBlanc could use some work too, even if it is her better skin. The animations are very rigid.
