Lets Try This Again: Program Soraka

I don't know who designed it, who thought it up, who worked on it, who animated it, who gave the final OK. Every single one of those people gets a Thank You.

I'm not a Soraka main but every time I play her I pick Celestial Soraka, but at the same time I always think "I wish there was a better skin". Program Soraka looks like it is easily going to take over as my preferred Soraka skin.
