When is the new Anivia and Nunu skin dropping in this next 9.4 patch?

No one knows. THey drop when they drop.
few days after the patch, as usual.
It's usually on a Tuesday or Thursday following the patch. Since this is one of the few Thursday patches, I'd guess they will drop sometime next week.
