Medieval Twitch?

So recently, Twitch finally received all-new Splash Arts for his skins, including the skin that was rewarded to those who managed to get 350 referrals from the now defunct Referral-System. I remember a while ago when they announced that they would be retiring the Referral System that both Gray Warwick & Medieval Twitch may return as rewards for another social system somewhere down the line (as mentioned by RIOT Zulu), in the meantime these skins have become "Limited Edition" since then. I was wondering if they have any plans on bringing these skins back along side a new Social System/App in the future or are they going to remain in the vault for good.
