Icathia is in the Sai

Doesn't directly answer the question but I get what you mean, thanks! :D

Or did it?

In places where the mystical barriers between Runeterra and the Void have been worn thin, the air feels charged, and fantastical occurrences are the norm. Rivers run with vibrant colors, flowers bloom with incredible perfumes and living beings experience psychedelic visions and surges in magical power. For a time, such places are wondrous and brimming with miracles, but soon the landscape is twisted into new and deadly forms, and if the Void is able to consume enough biomass to survive, it can grow and evolve into something ferocious and terrifying.

In fact, that could be the Sai. Or it could be the Void since we don't know what the Void looks like but know it has regions in it at least somewhat similar to Shurima since otherwise how could Rek'sai be from the Void? (something that can burrow through sand/the ground)

Probably either Sai Khaleek or Icathia.

Yeah, it doens't look anything like what the Void sounds like.

I asked your same question when the Universe site went live.

I argued with everyone that it was the Sai'Khaleek but no one else liked that opinion. Anyway the wiki pretty much say it is Icathia, however Im not too confident that the wiki is undeniable evidence.

It does look like Sai'Khaleek, I think I'd go with that.

I'd rather have an actual description or image of the Void, but I imagine the Reds are still getting the Void straightened out on their side too.

"and if the Void is able to consume enough biomass to survive, it can grow and evolve into something ferocious and terrifying."

Imagine if we got a void champion that was some kind of amorphous blob of horror.

Imagine if we got a friggin' Tyranid! Oh wait...

So a cross between Urgot and Zac but related to the Void instead of Zaun (and Noxus).
