I love lol and all of the champs even though i think a few needs to be nerfed. Anyway so far i love the two couples rakan and xayah but I want new champs now. We all do Riot and i do know it takes time. It would be cool if we have a Air bender champion that flys all over the map or another earthbender champ. I want a new jug champ. If there is any art ideas of any new champs Riot atleast le us see and pick who would be suited next. I just cant wait.
Xayah/Rakan were released on 4/19/2017 so that's barely been two weeks so far. It will be quite a bit of time till the next new champion(s) appear as generally they would be released every 1.5 to 2 months, however there was the delay of around 4 months from Camille to Xayah/Rakan. Now the next release should be Urgot's update, and then sometime after him we might see another new champion before Eve's Update.
New champ's a while off yet. Getting there, but not all that soon.
Xayah and Rakan are just barely out. In general we'll likely get ~6 champs this year,xayah and rakan took a bit longer since they are 2 champs,but otherwise that means we'll get a new champ ~every 2 months.So a new champ is more likely to come out in june.(though Urgots rework will likely happen around that time as well)
At least we know that the next patch won't have a new champ,it only has a legendary skin,an update to PF-Ezreal and some balance stuff.
Who needs another earth-based champ when we have 
All you play is fiddlesticks and shaco. There are like 140 champions in the game right now. Stop asking for new champions when you probably haven't played half of the existing ones.
Yeah another point is that Riot tries to avoid overlapping archetypes with champions.
So we likely won't get another air mage or earth mage since we have already 
& as they are THE air mage and THE earth mage of the game.
