Talon main here! I was thinking the same thing, I have Dragonblade and SSW, but they're both not high quality. We need a really awesome one for him, like Soul Reaver Talon.

Considering Riot's history with talon probably somewhere between sandbox mode and solo queue release. But without sarcasm I hope soon I need my battle bunny talon.

we need 1350rp skins for all of the champions who don't have a skin of that tier (Ahri, Alistar, Talon etc...)

One of the things that rustles my jimmies with some of these skins is how they keep releasing cheap skins for the same older champs that could really use a skin with unique interactions since they won't be getting a VO update any time soon. It was understandable before when only 1850 RP skins got VO changes with unique interactions, but with Taliyah's release skin actually having unique interactions, Riot can't use "1350 RP skins don't get unique interactions" as an excuse anymore.

Welp the assassin update is coming,so I guess that he is likely unable to get a skin.

Can we please have a new talon skin? I've been wishing and hoping so long for one that's really worth it all. I'm not a talon main but my friend is and I know he's been waiting so long for a new one.

I think it's based on popularity and pick rate. If the champs pick rate is low then they probably will not get a skin for a very long time.
