About the new skin

Forgive me if I'm wrong but my first impression of the new heartseeker Quinn skin was that it was a recycled earlier star guardian Quinn skin that was cancelled due to unknown reasons and modified into heartseeker. If I'm wrong, I humbly apologize. Thanks.
