Can old champions get their Ability icons updated?

Well Eve will likely receive a VGU next year,so updating the icons now would be kind of a waste.

Katarina got a rework in this patch...

and made her ridiculously broken. so a rework is done, and it wasnt a complete rework -it was a minor touch up.

she needs mana depletion

Only her passive and Ult got updated. They are kind ok, but still not as good as they could be. Her other abilities look even worse when put against her new icons. But, she is due for an update soon(TM), so I don't think it's to big a deal.
