Theory for the Next Champ

I'm just going to jump right on into the action! There has been a new video, a preview for the harrowing. In this video, there is a narrator- I believe this guy will be the new champ. He will most likely be a Bilgewater champion, which we haven't had in a very, very long time. I know you must be wondering a few things.
You probably are thinking- Why would Riot just give the champ away? -OR- Why would this guy be the champ? Here are my answers. Riot has given away champions before, just like that. We had this occasion more than once, whether it was giving away Braum, Kogmaw, or anyone else. This guy would be the champ. Why? Lets see.... He isn't afraid of the harrowing (he kinda revels in it), and why would his full face be focused on? Also, who in the world could have that puppetry skill? This guy knew when the harrowing was going to occur, (he seemed to be a part of it) and he looked like a pretty freaky dude.
If i could put this guy into a category, I would put him as mage. Who has a dagger that glows? Who has that puppetry skill? Who has the ability to seemingly command the dead?

I have 2 theories. My 1st theory for his storyline is that he grew up in Bilgewater, became a pirate, went to the Shadow Isles to hunt for treasure, and encountered Hecarim. He was a bad boy, so likewise, turned with hecarim and soon became part of the group. Ever since then, he travels from place to place, bringing the dead with him (On his giant ship of course), doing the deeds of Mordehuehuehue, Karthus, Hecarim and any other major character of the Shadow Isles. My second theory is that he is the long "Lost" King of the shadow isles. One of the altar states that the Shadow Isles used to be a beautiful place, but then something happened to it that changed it to how it is now. Maybe this guy casted a spell, and created Mordehuehuehue and Hecarim, and then vanished to do his own deeds, leaving them behind.

What Naras said. The person who leaked Gnar and Urf (presumably a family member of a riot member) recently leaked info about K., a shadow isles related adc that throws spears and has a unique soulbond trait.

Dude, the next has ties with bilgewater like it was said. That video proves it, and the setting is bilgewater And no hes not the new champ

One problem it is pretty much official that the narrator is the cancelled witch doctor champion.

Overall he looks like the kind of guy who could be a shop keeper if they ever update the TT,imagine a shop with him as the shop keeper and dancing puppets.

According to the leak the next champ is going to be kalista(the mark of the betrayer looks a lot like 3 spears,which supports the leak) and kalista is a rather feminine name,so I kinda doubt that it'd be this guy. However that doesn't mean he will never be a champion,he might be simply further down the line and be the champ who'll come after kalista or something like that(I mean we've got a vel'koz teaser already in the creator viktor splash art who came out ~5 months before vel'kozs actual release,even better is that C-viktors recall screens seem to tease another new champ that hasn't been released yet). And well Kalistas gender hasn't been confirmed,so he could be Kalista.
