Bilgewater and the Harrowing

For those who have not taken notice, the BW event appears to be something that might fully occur around early or late (at the latest) August for about a full month.

Then the Harrowing will be happening in October. The Harrowing and Blackmist is something that effects BW the most, and now the event we have is for BW as the month of October is drawing closer?

Everyone lock your doors and close your blinds. Things are going to get 2spooky in BW.
