Are the older Legendary Skins ever going to be worked on to match today's Legendary Skin status?
Talking about skins like red baron corki, that 1 legendary annie skin, etc.

Not unless they update the champ, no.
I hope they do this with Gatekeeper Galio, considering how close that skin in to modern legendary skin quality.
