Theres some reference here and there to Avarosa from both ashe and lissandra but theres close to 0 story on Serylda. Another question, when the watcher gave immortality to all 3 sisters, and avarosa and serylda rebelled were their gifts taken from them? also what type of powers did they use to bring down the watchers (the rune stones ryze is collecting)

Its because they made too many iceborn,I mean the iceborn are basically freljords counterpart to the ascended and they had whole armies of them. Eventually their armies were too powerful for them to control
Iceborn have the ability to manipulate ice and are immune to aging. However, they have absolutely no increased healing abilities, which is why Lissandra is still blind.
I don't think that their powers were taken from them, because it's said that Ashe and Sejuani have Iceborn blood in them. I have no idea how Serylda died, though.
I'm dying of the lack of new Freljord lore. Jokes aside, maybe they will reveal who Serylda is in the future, just like how they did with Lissandra (She appeared in JoJ way before she was a champion).
We do know that Sejuani is a descendant of Serylda, much like Ashe is a descendant of Avarosa. Sejuani may be like Ashe in that her true ice mace may have once been Serylda's.
