Theres some reference here and there to Avarosa from both ashe and lissandra but theres close to 0 story on Serylda. Another question, when the watcher gave immortality to all 3 sisters, and avarosa and serylda rebelled were their gifts taken from them? also what type of powers did they use to bring down the watchers (the rune stones ryze is collecting)

Its because they made too many iceborn,I mean the iceborn are basically freljords counterpart to the ascended and they had whole armies of them. Eventually their armies were too powerful for them to control

I don't think that their powers were taken from them, because it's said that Ashe and Sejuani have Iceborn blood in them. I have no idea how Serylda died, though.

Iceborns are not eternal. They're like Ascended, they have absurdly long life spans but they can die by powerful strikes. It is actually same for every other entity, even including Aurelion Sol, except Skaarl.
Lissandra is alive because she was the most intelligent one among them, also the most powerful one. Lissandra is clearly hinted as the most powerful iceborn. She is seeker of the Watchers, they granted her the most power. She was also leader of the Iceborns.

Also, Skaarl is a spirit that represents the windy plaines of Noxus. If the land is destroyed, then I assume Skaarl would also die.

Eternal and Immortal are different though. Immortal has the meaning of unkillable in literature but in fantastic universes it more likely says '' forever young, endless life until gets killed ''. Elves are also said immortal in LoTR universe but they could get killed. And even while they were said as immortals, the one of the oldest of them were +7000 years old. It says they will at least have one deadly wound in their life. So that's why I said Iceborns have long life spans. They have potential to live forever, but it is unlikely. I believe it is same for Ascended too. Eternal in the other hand is the definition of absolute immortal. There is no possible way to kill an eternal being.
Eternal is a stronger version of immortal. It is generally used for true omnipotent characters. And there is no single eternal being in LoL. I dont know why they use immortal as not aging though. I'm pretty sure it is not only Tolkien.

Skaarl is said to be indestructable, unkillable. It is the first time used words for an entity in LoL. But then said she may die if Runeterra was destroyed. It is contradiction.

Tattersall1 votesI'm just trying to say that, while they can't die of old age, Iceborn are just as easy to kill as normal humans (if we're not factoring in that Iceborn find it much easier to kill things compared to normal people, due to their ice powers).
In pokémon terms,
Normal human: Low Atk, SpAtk, Def, and SpDef.
Iceborn: Medium Atk, High SpAtk, low Def and SpDef.

Tattersall1 votesLook, I just want to say, I don't actually know what's canon. I just take stuff that I've heard and put it together in a way that makes sense to me. I'm saying this to make sure that this is a discussion, and NOT an argument.
That being said, that quote could be a metaphor for all we know. It may mean that the blood of Avarosa and Serylda live on inside Ashe and Sejuani, respectively. But the major point is this:
Sure, it's much harder to kill an Iceborn than a human. Iceborn have the power to control ice and change their appearance at will, which is something Lissandra does quite a bit. They are immune to the effects of aging, and won't die of old age.
However
One arrow to the heart, and an Iceborn is dead. If you bash in an Iceborn's skull with a club, dead Iceborn. An Iceborn could probably even bleed out, if they couldn't, like, seal the wound with flippin' ice or something. Granted, you'd probably never get close enough to an Iceborn to do injure them, due to the fact that they have ice magic and can "see" the world around them through heat vision (or lack-of-heat vision. They can sense ice). They might even be able to make themselves look like a loved one, making the would-be killer hesitate. We know that Avarosa was assassinated, but by Lissandra, one of the only people able to mask her presence from an Iceborn.
It's hard to kill an Iceborn, but it's pretty easy for an Iceborn to die. Or something like that.

But anyway,in the end we don't really know that much about the iceborn,I mean Lissandra is the only confirmed iceborn that we've seen so far and we don't know if she is a special one or how her powers relate to the ingame lore(for example the shadow isles champions can be easily killed ingame,but are incorporeal in the lore,so it is possible that something similar applies to iceborn),so yeah anything is possible.
