An event for the small places...

It'd be cool if we had an event for the small places that weren't big enough for their own events. Mt. Targon got this, so these little guys should too imo.

Here's the list:

Lokaf: Where Brand and Olaf are from.

The Plague Jungles: Could be a really cool place with "temple guardians" or "tribal champions". Only Wukong and Zyra I think are from here.

Icathia: More backstory and culture.

Any other places I missed? Put them in the comments and I'll add em!
