A Full Review on all the Splash Arts
ahri Ahri 2.5/3 I feel like I've seen this before. Her face is now more western and less asian. Overall she looks more beautiful and sexy, the way she's suppose to be. Changes made on her dress makes it is more stylised, less "plain" and considerably improved, well I never really liked the old one. She doesn't look like in New Dawn though. There's more darkness in the background, with only 2 main sources of light being both centered on the character, plus the wind around makes it, well sort of creepy. Still, it's one of my favorites.
blitz Blitzcrank ?/? He's definitely coming for you! I didn't understand this splash at first tough. My first impression was he just looks just like Renekton with a leg uncomfortably put ahead (which is trying to explain that he's coming at you of course). Great splash for blitz, but I wont rate it in numbers.
ez EzreaL 3/3 This is where shit gets real. This is the best example of how a LoL splash art should look like, period, in fact I can actually respect this guy now. The colours used are very league of legends, from the background to his weapon. His wicked smile while facing the danger (look at all those projectiles coming at him!!) looks amazing and the materialization of his magical bow which at times looks like solid iron while at the centre looks more like fire/electric energy is what makes this top. newjanna Janna 1/3 Perfect combination of blue and white, the background alone is very peaceful and despite it looks like the start of a tornado is seems under the control of a cold blooded powerful sorceress (the staff helps a lot in this). She now looks more elvish than ever with a smaller breast and less curves that makes her seem taller, and with a more angular face. Sadly we can't see her feet any more, I don't know I just feel it's very important on this character. However, her original splash was one of my favourites, with her curves that were more sensual than sexual and even with all the skin shown she wasn't sexist, she was a balance of finesse and sensuality that I feel Riot accomplished, and I just love what the armor around her hips provide. kayle Kayle 1.5/3, maybe 2/3 Making her R look so solid may seem risky, but is not overpowering over the wings, I actually like this. It merges well with her heavy armour and all the turbulence around her. One of my favourite things is how her sword looks coming out of the ult. She looks pretty badass. I just hope she isn't confused with Pantheon in-game (icon).
wu Wu Kong 1/3 I'm not entirely convined by this. I do appreciate the backround considering we only get some diffused lights with many other splashes, in fact another of my favourite splash arts is miss fortune's and the backround is a big reason behind this. I don't have a strong opinion on this one, it does seem kind of weird. Maybe it's he's face?
shen Shen 2.5/3 This is perfect for Shen. I love the dark and purple colours, this man must have seen some tough shit through his ninja live and the palet used feels right. Fading effect on himself and materials around him was a good decision.
talon Talon 2/3 His gaze, the one of someone directly looking at his target, like a predator. The somewhat gothic buildings around him and how his cape is pointing at the poor, yet again punished Helmet Bro gives a special feeling.
tris Tristana 0/3 Uh, this is akward. I feel this could've been handled better (is her head too big?). This splash art doesn't generate anything on me right now, I don't know how to rate it.
