I've seriously played 3 ARAM matches and have managed to get a total of ONE TURRET. It's so frustrating to try and get this reward because ARAMs are snowball fests. The team to get the first turret always wins in dominating fashion. This may as well say "win 3 ARAM matches" because that's what it says.
I actually cannot complete this icon. Can we please change this to matchmade games, and not only ARAMS?

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
If you keep playing, you eventually win ARAM games. Most of the time it's decided in Champ Select anyway, which is pretty much a 50/50 thing (assuming all players have similar Champion pools).
If it bothers you so much, queue ARAM with a friend. Usually a coordinated duo works wonders in ARAM.

Keep trying and you will get it eventually. I got 8 turrets in my first 2 games since we won, then I spent 4 more to get my next 2. It's frustrating and I'm so glad that I'm done, but you can do it :)
